Skiff girls score NEW WOMENS WETSUITS at evaluation event As the Womens High Performance Dinghy Evaluation Event got underway in Hyeres, France, the womens 29erXX delegates found themselves with the new womens plane suit!Sailors Jacqui Bonnitcha, Silja Lehtinen, Jen Glass, and Kersten Beucke participated in the evaluation event to help determine a potential womens double handed skiff for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Surprised with the new suits the girls were quick to try them on and offered a few comments: "I really like the stuff on the butt - doesn't get eaten up by anything, let alone the non-skid on a 29er"-Jen Glass "The women's suits fit really well, and keep you warmer than a guy's suit that loses heat in the waist and shoulders where the suit is too big for women"-Jen Glass FP. |
